![]() Welcome to the Beachwalk Press Halloween Blog Hop! I’m sharing a recipe that is usually served at Christmas, but I have used it for Halloween and other parties. Depending on what holiday you are serving the cheeseball with, you can use a small pumpkin, the top and bottom of the red pepper, the top and bottom of a gourd, etc. You can decorate the cheeseball with anything you’d like and tailor it for any holiday. Cheeseball pumpkin head 2 bricks cream cheese Bunch of green onions 1 red pepper 1 small pumpkin 1 package of cheddar sharpe cheese Let the cream cheese set and get to room temperature for easy mixing. Chop the green onions and red paper Blend together 2 bricks of cream cheese. Mix the green onions and red pepper in, Add half the cheddar sharpe cheese Roll the mixture into a ball Layout wax paper and place the rest of the cheddar sharpe cheese on it. Roll the mixture on top of the cheddar cheese Roll the mixture around in the cheese until all the cheese sticks to it. Cut the top and the bottom off the small pumpkin. Set the cheeseball in the bottom from the small pumpkin Take a knife and run it up so that the cheeseball looks like a pumpkin Place the top of the small pumpkin on top of the cheeseball. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with ritz crackers or chips. Beachwalk Press will be sponsoring a grand prize giveaway which is: two $25 gift certificates to the winner's choices of Amazon, B&N, or All Romance Ebooks. I love cheese ball!! Our family has it every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. But the one we have has pineapple in it. I like the chocolate chip cheese ball to. It has cream cheese and chocolate chips in it. Then you eat in with some gram crackers! Cholbrook9@hotmail.com

As dairy and I don't get along, so I must stay away from cheese. However, this looks yummy so I am going to have to try it! Thanks!
